Designing your building

Designing a building

Before choosing your building take time to consider what you want it for, is it a building for parking your vehicle or will it be used for storage, a home gym or a workshop as well?

Your building can be designed and personalised around you and your needs, just follow the simple and easy steps below:

Step 1 – Style

Do you want a flat or apex roof?

With flat roof buildings the roof gently slopes from front to back whereas the Apex roof buildings have a pitched roof at 12.5°. Have you got room for an apex and there is a slight overhang to the roof, or would a flat roof be more suitable?

Step 2 – Size

What size do you want the building?

If it is for parking a vehicle, consider the length and width, but also the wing mirrors and the opening of the door to get in and out of the vehicle. Do you need extra width or length for storage, or perhaps a higher building is required?

Step 3 – Finish

How do you want the finished building to look?

Do you want a plain concrete or Multi spa finish? Would a brick effect be more suitable? Or perhaps you would like your building to match your property? We are the only company that offers this bespoke service. Do you want brick front posts? Consider what would look right and what would complement your house and surrounding areas.

Step 4 – Optional Extras

Do you want to personalise the building with a few optional extras?

Perhaps you want a particular colour roof, door design, specific fascias, guttering, opening windows or perhaps an electric opening door?

Step 5 – What to do now

Once you have considered all the above and have an idea of what you want please contact Boston Sectional Buildings.  We will then discuss your requirements in more detail and arrange for a site visit if required. Orders can be taken over the telephone or in person and a deposit of 25% is required at the time of order with the remaining 75% being required upon installation.
